GRiT was formed by Tom, who sought to unify his passion for sports with his successful career as the 'middle man'. With a decade of experience overseeing a industry leading energy recruitment firm, Tom brings a wealth of pertinent expertise to GRiT's daily activities. Residing in Warwickshire with his wife and two children, he dedicates his leisure time to improving his golf handicap when he's not fully engrossed in his professional endeavors.
